We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental U.S.

*Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International Orders.

Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE! We prepare your shipment according to the service that you select at checkout. Please note that all orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped out the carrier will bill you for any import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Due to restrictions, The Good Jane does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe.



We gladly accept returns or exchanges on our full-priced items in new condition. You have 14 days to return items upon receipt of the package.

Please email us at returns@thegoodjane.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line, along with your "Order #" to receive a Return shipping Label. Please return back the unworn items along with completed Return Form for the process to go through.
Please note, we will deduct $8 from your refund to cover restocking/return shipping fees. We apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently unable to offer exchanges or returns on sale items as they are final sale.

Returns/exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund/exchange has been processed.
